Coordination and supervision of all phases of construction: Project procurement, negotiation,
design, scheduling, budgeting, contract analysis, codes
and regulations, safety and health, job costing, daily field
operations, and final close-out requirements. |

Business Management:
Marketing, estimating, project management, project supervisors,
accounting, human resources and secretarial.
