"This was a difficult project -
a difficult site, a difficult time of year - and the Lee group had a
great attitude. The initial
site work was done under a separate contract by another contractor and there
were a lot of site problems that created delays. Rather than leave the
site until it was corrected, Lee reversed their approach, and kept the project
on time. Their relationships with their subs are very effective.
They are able to create an atmosphere where all of the subs input is viewed as
valuable and valid. And they are able to accept criticism and provide
input to make the finished project better.[...] The school was well received
by both the school district and community. They are a fine group of
people to work with." |
